| Receive Electronic Notification
of All Scheduled Hearings
Resident Inquiry EDEX will provide the subscriber filing a
Resident Inquiry with automatic electronic notification of all WCAB
hearings the same day they are placed on calendar. The electronic
notification will include the same information normally provided
in the traditional paper hearing notice.
Electronic Lien Filing Lien claimants having filed electronic liens with EDEX will also receive automatic notification of all WCAB hearings the same day they are placed on calendar. A lien claimant may optionally elect to not receive electronic notice if so desired. |
